A listing is an observation of a property

Keep portal identifiers separate from the physical property they describe.

Keep both identities

A source listing represents one publication. A physical property may have several listings, brokers, or historical observations. Preserve the platform and native listing identifier before attempting a cross-source match.

Leave unresolved matches visible

An address similarity is evidence for matching, not proof of identity. RealtyCrawl leaves a property identifier unset when no verified resolution exists. Retain the source URL and observation time for review.

References for your implementation

Use the source catalog to choose an operation and the API reference to check its inputs, response contract, and current availability.
