Authenticate with Authorization: Bearer $REALTYCRAWL_API_KEY. Check capabilities before source requests. Preserve source provenance, currencies, units, nulls, timestamps and partial-result warnings. POST requests accept Idempotency-Key. Use X-Max-Credits to limit a request. Source crawls cost 50 credits per successful platform; stored observation reads cost 1 credit; metadata and idempotent replays are free. Unified searches reserve 50 credits per requested platform and refund unsuccessful platforms. Never infer housing eligibility from these records.
