Carry units into your calculations
A numeric price needs a currency and, for rent, a payment interval. Floor area needs an explicit unit. Preserve original values before making conversions in your own application.
Report the collection boundary
An asking price is not a recorded sale. A search window is not a complete inventory. Record transaction types, source outcomes, filters, and collection dates with any comparison.
